He shrugs. All right, fair point. Some of the people from Ishigami Village believed things he told them for similar reasons. He showed up and was able to do things they couldn't explain or understand; it was very basic science at that point to him, or he'd managed to make ramen out of the foxtail millet, and they'd gone nuts for that. It's just perspective.

From Randvi's perspective, this whole situation much seem even wilder than from his.

She got here in the dark, too. That would have sucked. This place is bad enough in the light, hard enough to figure out. And she'd had to scale a whole damn cliff, right? Senku has thought before how fortunate he really was to wake up where he did. Sure, he'd been alone, but he'd been relatively safe. He didn't have drones chasing him. He didn't have dinosaur crocodiles or whatever Squalo had found.

Gen always tells him he has terrible luck, but he's done all right. Finding Randvi was also good luck, since he knows he'd eventually be screwed if he was on his own. Six months in post-apocalypse Japan was one thing. This place is a whole other game.

"So it just felt more familiar to you, huh?" That little laugh, but it's not at her. It really is just a habit.

"This will just sound like wild bullshit to you, maybe, but this place…it used to have airplanes in it. That's…well, think of a ship, kinda, but it flies through the air. I'll draw you one in the sand or something tomorrow. In the time I was born, people flew all over the world in them all the time. Hell, I've flown all over. To Africa, to America. You probably don't know what those places are. America wouldn't even be called that when you're from…actually, I'm not sure what it would be called then."
